I'm frightfully glad to be carried around the South Bank by the hands of such a slendid young woman. Our first visit was to The Homes and Garden's site. No doubt she is jolly keen to select some new and practical solutions to complete her fabulous new home. Today 3rd May 1951 I had the pleasure of hearing his Majesty King George open the ceremony in St Paul's. My cover was designed by Abram Gains and forms part of the overal systematic design coordination of the whole exhibition, all jolly new and the first of its kind on a lerge scale.
